"Bottega Wine & Tapas" is a bar and restaurant, it occupies space in the house — monument of architecture, located on Tereschenkovska street. There are two spacious halls. Interior harmoniously combines loft and art-house styles. The walls and ceilings in the hall remained untouched, and old items of everyday life were used as decor elements.
Menu is based on author's Spanish and Mediterranean dishes, adapted by the chefs for Ukrainian public. Treats are cooked on the basis of fresh local products and served with authentic sauces. The main emphasis is made on tapas, which are served with light vegetable, meat and fish brandads.
Specialties of the house are:
- brandads of veal and caramelized onions,
- pesto from dried tomatoes and salami,
- tortilla with manchego and hamon,
- salad with chips of eggplant and sweet potato.
And fusion cuisine dishes:
- basil brandade with salmon,
- babaganush with valerian and gorgonzola,
- figs in wine.
Guests can order complex business-lunches on weekdays. The wine list contains the selected wines from Spain, Argentina, Chile and Italy, selected for menu. Author's mixes and cocktails are served, based on sherry, cherry and rum.
In addition, the bar serves alcoholic beverages of its own production:
- cherry-brandy,
- rum on Sicilian orange,
- bourbon on figs.
