Restaurant Guramma Modern Asia

The restaurant of new Asian cuisine called «Guramma» is located at the Pecherskyi District. The restaurant that is situated on the (Dniprovskyi) Dnieper descent operates in a new cooking area called Nikkei, the combination of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. The interior design is carried out in a luxury loft style with a lot of different textures and elements of the oriental decor, plenty of sparkling stones and a lot of light. Kitchen is in charge of the Japanese chef Anthony Toshio Kando, who focuses on South American sauces, peppers and spices, which uses in the preparation of the classic Japanese and pan-Asian dishes such as raw fish, seafood, rice and seaweed. There is a collection of Japanese whiskey, a wide range of sake and cocktails in the bar.
