Restaurant Provans

“Provans” is a restaurant, located on the first floor of hotel “Optima Cherkasy”. There are main hall and summer terrace. Cozy interior recreates the atmosphere of provincial towns of the South of France: light colours, white tablecloths, old wooden chest of drawers, bright curtains. Menu is based on classical dishes of French and Italian cuisine. Specialties of the house are pumpkin cream soup, rabbit fricassee, ratatouille, six kinds of homemade pasta. There is a separate sushi menu.
