There is a cafe-dining room "Kasha maslom” in the very centre of Kharkiv, on Sumska street. It works in the format of fast casual.
Here guests are offered a wide selection of popular European and Ukrainian dishes, cooked according to home recipes. Menu contains a section with special porridges. Guests can order wheat, pearl, rice, corn porridge, which are filled with basil, mustard, carrot or olive oil to the guest's choice. Also the emphasis is made on varenyky and pancakes, salads and hot dishes.
Vareniki with potatoes and mushrooms, steak, chicken steak, fish roll, stuffed pepper, "Carbonara" paste, pilaf with veal and mushrooms, home compote and mors are popular.
