Restaurant-bar "Lunnyi” occupies the the tenth floor of hotel complex "Fregat”, located in the business part of Kherson, on the bank of the river Dnipro. Original interior is designed in modern style, there are panoramic windows overlooking the river and mirrored ceilings. Menu offers European and Ukrainian cuisine. The emphasis is made on dishes from shrimp, meat, poultry and vegetables, cooked on grill. The bar serves visitors exotic cocktails. Live music sounds here in the evenings, theme parties and show programs are regularly held.
