There is a restaurant "Auto-Grill Myslyvets" of network "Kozyrnaya Karta" near the village Sofiyivka, located on the highway "Kyiv-Cherkasy".
There are spacious main hall, non-smoking hall and fireplace hall, VIP-room and summer terrace. Colourful interior harmoniously combines hunting theme and ethnic motives of Ukrainian village: rare guns, fishing nets, stuffed animals, vyshyvanky and old pottery.
Menu includes popular European and Ukrainian dishes, cooked according to home recipes.The main emphasis in menu is made on meat and fish dishes, cooked on open fire.
Barbecue menu includes:
- shish-kebab from home neck in classical marinade with baked onions in pita bread,
- veal sausages of its own production, grilled with mustard and lavash,
- veal medallions with cappuccino sauce and dried tomatoes,
- salmon on the coals,
- steak from farm veal,
- vegetables, grilled with garlic sauce.
Specialties of the house are:
- cutlets from turkey with mushroom sauce,
- dumplings in hunting with meat under vegetable lecho
- dumplings with potatoes and forest mushrooms,
- dumplings, baked in pots with cheese and mushrooms.
Special children's menu is developed. There are home-made fruit juice and lemonade, special tea, made from mint, melissa, lime and chamomile, and also an assortment of coffee mixes. Special cake "Kievsky", varenyky with cherries, home confectionery sausage are offered in dessert menu.
