Description
There is a restaurant "Kolyba" near sanatorium “Karpatski Zori". Here guests are served traditional Hutsul cuisine dishes, cooked on the basis of ecologically clean natural products. Specialties of the house are Hutsul banush, varenyky with potatoes, cheese and salo, river trout in sour cream, kruchenyky, mushroom casserole. Special drink is tea, made from medicinal herbs, collected on the mountain tops of the Carpathians.
