Description

Guests are greeted in a restaurant "Bon Vivant" in hotel complex "Kiroff Hotel", located near the metro station "Ploshcha Povstannya” in Kharkiv. Here visitors can taste author's dishes from chef, cooked on the basis of popular European recipes. The main emphasis is made on dishes from meat and seafood. There are separate sections with pizza menu and steak menu. There are specialties of the house: salad mix with tongue under Aioli sauce, ravioli with veal under "Dor blu" sauce, salmon fillet on rice cushion and spinach with lemon-honey sauce. There are main hall with lounge-zone and banquet hall. Interior is decorated in classical European style with elements of aristocracy.
