Restaurant Stolitsa

There is an ethnic restaurant-museum "Stolitsa" in the building "Radmir Expohall" on Akademika Pavlova street. Original interior recreates the atmosphere of the era of hetman Ukraine. Six halls are decorated with thematic decor elements: Hetman's mace, flags, Ukrainian oven, tent-booths and drum tables. Menu includes traditional Ukrainian cuisine. Specialties of the house are borshch with pampushkas, veal brains in creamy garlic sauce, bovine eggs with porcini mushrooms.
