Restaurant Tsymes

Restaurant "Tzimes" is a modern building of two stores, located on Proskurovskogo pidpillya street. Laconic interior is decorated in sand-beige palette. Here, guests are treated with popular European and Jewish dishes, cooked according to old recipes. Specialities of the house are herring forshmak, brawn with horseradish, hummus with goose cracklings and veal, trout with grapes, stewed in wine, crusian in sour cream with buckwheat croquettes and fried mushrooms.
