There is a family cafe “Kvartira” on the territory of shopping centre "Avoska”. There are billiard and banquet halls, as well as karaoke room and children's playroom with trampolines and labyrinths. Menu consists of European cuisine dishes, cooked according to home recipes. There are separate banquet and beer menu. Themed events, children's parties and evenings of live music are held here often.
