Guests are greeted in a network restaurant "Auto-Grill Myslyvets" on the highway "Kyiv-Kharkiv" near the village Kononovka. Colourful interior is decorated in hunting style, the walls are decorated with hunting trophies, guns, fishing nets, various household utensils, antique utensils, musical instruments. There are main hall, small VIP lounge and summer terrace.
Menu offers popular dishes of Ukrainian and European cuisine. There are section with fowl dishes, as well as section with vegetarian dishes. Chefs cook complex breakfasts every morning. Treats from the chef are cooked on an open fire.
Barbecue menu includes:
- shish-kebab from home neck in classical marinade with baked onions in pita bread,
- veal sausages of its own production, grilled with mustard and lavash,
- veal medallions with cappuccino sauce and dried tomatoes,
- salmon on the coals,
- steak from farm veal,
- vegetables, grilled with garlic sauce.
Specialties of the house are:
- cutlets from turkey with mushroom sauce,
- dumplings in hunting with meat under vegetable lecho
- dumplings with potatoes and forest mushrooms,
- dumplings, baked in pots with cheese and mushrooms.
Special children's menu is developed. There are home-made fruit juice and lemonade, special tea, made from mint, melissa, lime and chamomile, and also an assortment of coffee mixes. Special cake "Kievsky", varenyky with cherries, home confectionery sausage are offered in dessert menu.
