Special feature of the house is its modern brewing equipment, so Czech beer is brewed here according to the centuries-old European traditions from Zatec hops, Czech malts and yeast.
There are four special beers: Desyatka, Pshenichnoe, Lager and Chernoe. Brewers of the restaurant brew beer using separate fermentation technology, without filtering or pasteurizing.
Menu offers popular dishes of European and Czech cuisine. The main emphasis is made on dishes from meat, poultry and fish, cooked in josper oven.
