There is a shop of shish-kebab and homemade cooking "Marinade" in the centre of Kharkiv, on Myronosytska street. Here visitors can not only buy, but taste popular European and Caucasian cuisine dishes, cooked according to traditional and author's recipes from chef.
The main emphasis is made on a variety of meat and vegetable dishes, cooked on grill and in tandoor, as well as on baked fish dishes.
All the dishes are cooked from natural farm products, Caucasian spices and herbs are used as seasoning.
