Description
Restaurant "Premier" is located in mini-hotel of the same name, next to the mineral water source, in the centre of the resort Truskavets. Interior is decorated in classical style. Menu includes traditional dishes of European and Ukrainian cuisine. Specialties of the house are "Frivolite" with salmon and black caviar, quail in "Bechamel" sauce, steak "Aristocrat", veal meat in Westphalian style, trout "Metrodotel" and dessert "Premier". The bar treats with elite European wines and collection of cognac.
