Restaurant Makrame

"Macrame" is a conceptual restaurant, located in hotel complex "Palmira Palace" on Alupkinske highway. Menu of the restaurant consists of European dishes, ingredients for which are made from natural organic products. Specialties of the house are salad “Cesar”, duck leg "Confi", burger from nutria with sauce "Salsa", mullet, baked in lavender oil. Theatrical dinners, called "Gastronomic Theater”, are held regularly, where guests are served 5-6 dishes with presentation from chef.
