«Dubrovsky» is a restaurant-resort, located in a few minutes drive from the bustling centre of Kharkiv. It is located on the bank of the river, and the building is made from carcass of trees from Zakarpattya. The complex consists of five unique guest sauna houses with their own saunas and apartments, as well as restaurant and children's playground with swings, slides and trampolines. Professional animators and babysitters spend time with kids there.
Original interior of is made in Finnish style and stylised as wealthy suburban estate of natural wood. The restaurant harmoniously combines modern style and ethnic motives: soft grey sofas, real fireplace, shelves with various kitchen utensils and souvenirs, as well as panoramic windows. There are main and banquet halls, zone for holidays and wedding ceremonies, bar and six arbors in summer terrace.
Chefs specialise in cooking popular dishes of European, Italian, Mediterranean, Ukrainian, Russian and Japanese cuisine. Meat dishes are cooked according to author's recipes. Meat is bought from certified private farmers and baked in Spanish wood-burning stove.
Also there is a functioning smokehouse. In addition, the chef pays much attention to cooking dishes using modern technology sous vide. There is a unique shop with home-made products, seasonal vegetables and fruits, as well as ecologically clean steaks, tinctures, honey and herbal teas.
Among non-alcoholic drinks in the «Dubrovsky» serve homemade compotes, fruit drinks. Tea ceremony is held. There are various special liquors, tincture «Dubrovochka» and spottykachi.
Several unique bath procedures are held here, like “black sauna” and massage. Fragrant hookah is served. Master-classes, as well as entertainment and theme parties are held here regularly. Live music sounds in the evenings.
