Menu is focused on the concept of a mono product, where guests can order Swiss cheeses, wine and unique delicacies. The format of the restaurant is a tasting room, interior of which is decorated in style of cozy country house: chalet in Switzerland. The hall is designed in pastel palette, there are natural light wood and live plants, and as a decoration, snowboards and skis, hanging on the walls. A variety of alpine cheeses brought from Switzerland is represented in show-window of the gastronomic shop, so guests can buy cheeses for takeaway or order a tasting set. There are special varieties of cheeses: Appenzeller of different aging, Raclette Suisse, Gruyére, Emmentaler and Tête-de-Moine. Menu focuses on traditional Swiss cuisine. Specialties of the house are Swiss fondue "Moitié-moitié", salad "Appenzeller Marine", "A la Bougie" with roasted cheese raclette, mushrooms, olives and bacon, as well as cheese plateau "Créme Ensemble". Professional sommeliers and bartenders will help to make the right choice. Fondue parties and culinary master-classes are held here regularly. Also, visitors can buy not only cheeses and wines from Switzerland, but also raclettes and kalelones for cooking fondue.
