Restaurant Chaykhona BAZAR

One of restaurants "Chayhona BAZAR" of network "L'KAFA GROUP" is located on Borshchagivka, next to the metro station "Svyatoshino” on Gnata Jura street. The feature of network is open kitchen with authentic tandoor and brazier. Chefs specialise in cooking popular dishes of Georgian, Syrian, Turkish, Uzbek, Lebanese, Moroccan, Japanese, Chinese and Thai culinary. Menu includes meatballs with sesame paste and baked eggplant, pilaf from the chef "Chayhona Bazar", hummus with various dressings, lamb roll with pistachios, cream soup of lentils, samsa and other flat cakes, homemade noodles with veal, oriental fate. The emphasis is made of meat dishes, cooked with spices from Lebanon on open fire: kebabs, shish-kebabs, ribs and fish. Guests can choose both classical European desserts and special sweets: dairy dessert "Syrian", pancakes stuffed with mascarpone cream and strawberry sorbet "Lampa Alladina", baklava, rahat-lukum. Tea list includes a large selection of different varieties of tea, which are made in several ways. There are traditional and special beers, a wide selection of different brands of wine, spirits and author's cocktails. Visitors are served hookahs, made on fruit from selected varieties of tobacco from Lebanon. Special hookah is "Chaykhona Vase". Interior impresses with luxury of oriental motives and European restraint. There are laconic furniture and shelves of light wood, variegated carpets and hand-made pillows, souvenirs and antique painted dishes, bought from the flea markets. The hall "Poihona" opens in the evenings. Popular DJs perform here, and dance parties take place on weekends.
