“Dusha” is a restaurant and bar on Lva Tolstogo street, located opposite the Botanical Garden of Fomin.
Interior includes brick walls, artificially aged murals depicting paintings by Italian artist Sandro Botticelli ""Spring"" and ""The Birth of Aphrodite"", modern laconic furniture and blue and white bar counter.
The hall is zoned with the help of restaurant sofas, coffee tables, and the far zone of the hall is made in loft style with live plants and muted lighting.
Menu consists of author's Italian and European dishes. There are complex breakfasts every morning on weekdays and throughout the day on the weekends. In addition, menu contains salads and snacks, soups and pastas, sandwiches and a number of main dishes.
Specialties of the house are:
- tar-tar from veal and salmon,
- warm salad with veal,
- sandwich with turkey and honey-mustard sauce,
- mushroom soup-cappuccino with truffle oil,
- medallions of veal fillet on mashed potatoes with truffle oil,
- grilled salmon fillet with couscous and vegetable salsa.
Author's sweets are:
- panne-cotta with raspberry sauce,
- chocolate fondant with ice-cream,
- desserts ""Cheesecake"", ""Orange night"" and ""Cherry Forest"" without sugar, flour and gluten.
The coffee list includes special latte dushes, lavender and orange raff coffee, as well as flambéed cappuccino, caporange: espresso with orange fresh.
The bar offers a number of author's cocktails, among which there is a signature cocktail ""Soul"" with ginger syrup, lemon and grapefruit fresh, as well as bourbon, and ""Fin Du Monde"" cocktail based on rum with several fresh juices.
