Menu represents a variety of traditional dishes of Italian and European cuisine, products for which are supplied from Italy. The pride of the restaurant is a real wood-burning oven by Stefano Ferraro, in which special Neapolitan pizza is baked in front of the guests. Complex breakfasts are served here every morning. Specialties of the house are pizza “Il Molino - cinque gusti" in the form of star with five different flavours, Margarita, Caprese, Quatro Formaggi, Mascherare, potato soup with truffle pasta, papardelle with porcini mushrooms, chicken breast with aubergines, salmon with mango salsa, beef steak marinated in rosemary "Prime Rib". Special desserts are gelato, sorbet and lemon dessert with raspberry sauce "Lemon custard". Children's playroom is equipped here. In addition, menu has children's dishes in the original presentation from chef. The bar serves a number of Italian wines, including homemade.
