Menu consists of traditional Italian and European dishes. Most ingredients come directly from Italy. The pride of the house is considered to be a real wood-burning oven, made by Stefano Ferraro, in which thin pizza is baked. Menu offers over twenty varieties of pizza, including special "il Molino - cinque gusti" with five different tastes. Complex breakfasts are served. Specialties of the house are also pizza "Margarita", "Caprese", "Quatro Formazi", "Mascherara", as well as potato soup with truffle paste, pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, chicken breast with eggplant, salmon with mango salsa, steak from beef, marinated in rosemary "Prime rib". Special desserts are gelato, sorbet and lemon dessert with raspberry sauce "Lemon custard". Children's playroom is equipped here. In addition, menu has children's dishes in the original presentation from chef: salad "Cesarenok", pasta with meatballs and chicken nuggets. Culinary master-classes are held by chefs for kids.
