Specialties of the house are pizza "il Molino - cinque gusti" with 5 different tastes, ”Provence" with chicken fillet and gargansolla, "Bavaria" with olives and Munich sausages, as well as potato soup with truffle paste, pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, chicken breast with eggplant, salmon with mango salsa, beef steak, marinated in rosemary "Prime Rib”. Special desserts are gelato, sorbet and lemon dessert with raspberry sauce "Lemon custard". The bar serves a number of Italian wines, including homemade, as well as draft beer and cocktails.
