Specialties of the house are pizza "il Molino-cinque gusti" in the form of a star with five different tastes, Margarita, Caprese, Quatro Formaji, Mascherare, and potato soup with truffle paste, papardelle with white mushrooms, chicken breast with eggplant, salmon with salsa of mango, steak from beef marinated in rosemary "Prime rib". Complex breakfasts are served every morning. Its own food delivery service works. For lovers of sweet, a dessert card is developed, in which there are branded positions - gelato, sorbet and lemon dessert with raspberry sauce "Lemon custard".
