“Imbir” is a literary vegetarian cafe, located in Golosiyivsky district of the capital, near the sports complex ""Olimpiysky"".
Interior is made in sand and beige tones and decorated in style of European classics. There are a lot of bookshelves with thematic literature on spiritual and creative development of the individual.
Menu consists of original dishes of Vedic cuisine, as well as author's dishes of European and Indian culinary specialties, made from natural farm products according to old recipes.
Cafe does not use flour, sugar, white rice in its dishes.
Guests can order breakfasts every morning, and there are complex business-lunches at lunchtime.
Specialties of the house are:

- tomato soup with black beans,
- zucchini with tofu with mango sauce,
- samos with spinach and paneer,
- seitan in creamy sauce,
