Chefs of the restaurant specialize in cooking traditional Ukrainian and Russian dishes according to old recipes. Specialties of the house are rabbit pate with marmalade and salad, veal cheeks with buckwheat and white mushrooms, sturgeon baked in birch sap, cutlets from the king crab with mashed potatoes, lamb goulash. Bar menu can find special home-made tinctures: medovuha, hrenovuha, tincture on apples, dogwood and sea-buckthorn.
