Lviv restaurant LEMBERG is located on Bulvarno-Kudryavska street, not far from the metro station “Vokzalna”.
There are three halls, original interior of which shows historical periods of Lviv's development from the Middle Ages to today.
Menu consists of traditional dishes of Galician cuisine in the author's interpretation of the chef.
Specialties of the house are:
- cheese sliced with ginger-citrus sauce «Retro Beskid»,
- salad «Brynzovaty»,
- veal steamed with vegetables and ""Shtuka"" sauce,
- pork fillet with vegetables stewed in beer ""Fun in Lviv"",
- steak from salmon ""Tsimes"".
The alcoholic list includes an assortment of special tinctures, Lviv liqueurs, Lviv beer, as well as spirits and author's cocktails: ""Green Vuyko"" based on tequila, “Vysokyi Zamok” with vodka, rum and gin, ""Wind in the mouth"" with rum, mint and lemon, ""Sinevir"" with liquor Blue Curaçao.
Excursions, broadcast of sports events and football matches, as well as culinary master-classes are held here regularly.
