Menu is based on traditional dishes of Italian cuisine in the author's interpretation of the chef. Specialties of the house are black risotto with scallops and gold leaf, kachukko in Livorno, tuna steak with grilled asparagus and dishes with a special serve of “Provincia” — veal tartare, served in 40-kg parmesan cheese head. The wine list consists of selected Italian wines.
