There is a restaurant of Georgian cuisine ""Suli & Guli"" on the territory of Shota Rustaveli Park.
It consists of two zones: shop area and restaurant. Visitors can purchase Georgian cheeses, various types of tea, as well as popular Georgian wine brands.
Interior recreates the atmosphere of the old Georgian house: artificially aged walls with brickwork, original frescoes on the ceiling, simple furniture made of natural wood, modeling of handwork on the walls, as well as vivid pictures of Georgian artist David Sharashidze.
Menu consists of traditional dishes of Tbilisi cuisine. The main emphasis is made on baking and assortment of cheeses.
Specialties of the house include:
- khachapuri, which are baked in a real stone oven,
- traditional Georgian pie with beans Lobiani,
- vegetable salad with green adzhika,
- assorted phalis with carrots, spinach, beets, eggplant, bell pepper,
- trout in pomegranate sauce with tarragon,
- stewed in pomegranate juice of veal with spices ""Khaliya"".
The main feature is the assortment of cheeses, made on the own cheese plant Genatsvale.
Guests can taste Suluguni, Meskhetian, Imeretian, Smoked Suluguni and chewed.
The alcohol list has red, pink and white Georgian wines.
