Restaurant Shafran

The restaurant «Shafran» is a part of hotel and restaurant complex, which is situated on the shore of Chekhov Lake. The interior is decorated in the oriental style — there are oriental silk and embroidered fabrics, ottomans, sofas and an Uzbek tent aivan in the main hall. The menu includes European, Ukrainian and Uzbek cuisine. The specialities of the house are pilaf with mutton and barberry, pilaf «Kish Mish» with beef and raisins, spicy zigir.
