Restaurant Chaykhona BAZAR

One of restaurants "Chayhona BAZAR" of network "L'KAFA GROUP" is located in the heart of Kyiv on Besarabska square. It occupies two floors and can host up to 350 guests. Colourful interior combines luxurious oriental style with European restraint. There are modern furniture and racks from light wood in the halls. Mosaic ornaments and patterned textiles, colourful handmade cushions and carpets with oriental ornaments, dishes, lamps and souvenirs, brought from the markets of Turkey, Uzbekistan and Georgia decorate the place. Guests can settle in cozy corners by the fireplace or near panoramic windows, watching the rush in the heart of the capital. There is an open kitchen with authentic tandoor and a brazier on the ground floor. Menu includes traditional dishes of Uzbek, Turkish, Georgian, Moroccan, Armenian and Lebanese cuisine. Unique condiments and spices are shipped from Lebanon. Specialties of the house are meataballs with sesame pasta and baked eggplant, mutton roll with pistachios, lentil soup cream, samsa and other flat cakes, homemade noodles with veal, oriental fate, as well as dishes from chef: pilaf Chayhona Bazaar, hummus with various additives, kebabs from tandoor, sweets from dates and figs, rahat-lukum, nuts and dried apricots, ice-cream of its own production. There are special offers for large companies: sets "Chayhona" and "Saji" with different meat dishes, cheeses and vegetables, as well as a large assortment of snacks. Special tarhun and ayran, cucumber lemonade, sangritu of its own production are served. Tea list has several types of oolong tea, special tea with sea-buckthorn, currant, tea to pilaf with spices. Brewed teas in Tashkent and in Syrian ways are offered. There are special and traditional beer, 25 brands of wines, strong alcohol, grog and mulled wine. The bar serves author's cocktails and fragrant hookah. Live music sounds every week from Thursday to Sunday.
