Specialties of the house are pizza "il Molino - cinque gusti" in the form of star with five different tastes, Margarita, Caprese, Quatro Formaji, Mascherare, potato soup with truffle paste, pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, chicken breast with eggplant, salmon with salsa of mango, steak from beef marinated in rosemary "Prime rib". Special desserts are gelato, sorbet and lemon dessert with raspberry sauce "Lemon custard". The bar serves several varieties of Italian wines, including special home-made wine, as well as cocktails and draft beer.
