The pride of the restaurant "Il Molino" is a real wood-burning oven by Stefano Ferraro, in which special pizza on a thin dough is baked. Menu offers over twenty variations of pizza, cooked according to authentic recipes. Specialties of the house are pizza “Il Molino-cinque gusti" in the form of star with five different tastes, Margarita, Caprese, Quatro Formaji, Mascherare, and potato soup with truffle paste, papardelle with white mushrooms, chicken breast with eggplant, salmon with salsa of mango, steak from beef marinated in rosemary "Prime rib". Dessert menu contains gelato, sorbet and lemon dessert with raspberry sauce "Lemon custard". There are several brands of Italian wine, as well as special home-made wine and fresh draft beer.
