Pan-Asian cuisinerestaurant ”KIN KAO" is located on Andriyivska street, in the historical part of Kyiv. At the entrance to the restaurant there is an all-season terrace with panoramic windows, that open the view of the old Podil. The main hall of the restaurant consists of two halls. It is designed in modern minimalism style with thematic elements of Vietnamese decor. The halls are designed in red and grey shades, there are wooden tables and armchairs with comfortable sofas. The restaurant is decorated with live moss and oriental paintings, and on one of them there is a painting with cranes.
Menu offers author's dishes of Vietnamese, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Indian and Chinese cuisine. The main emphasis is made on WOK menu, meat treats, cooked on the technology of su-vide, as well as on seafood dishes, meat delicacies with original spices, and on dishes made from noodles in a variety of sauces.
Specialties of the house are:
- ramen and three kinds of broth with egg noodles and pork,
- red rice with coconut milk with prawns and vegetables,
- Peking duck,
- Korean soup "Kuk-Si",
- salad of duck meat, pink grapefruit with Ponzu sauce,
- pork in sweet and sour sauce with cilantro,
- spring rolls with salmon,
- steak "Kin Kao", which is served with round and red rice, as well as with jasmine rice.
Dessert menu offers traditional Thai pancake rothie, which is cooked from special delicate crispy dough with stuffing from banana. A wide selection of teas, kraft lemonades and fresh juices is represented.
Guests can order classical and authorial alcoholic cocktails, Asian whiskeys and a variety of Japanese wines.
