There is a suburban ethno restaurant "Kozachok" in a few minutes drive from Boryspil International Airport on the outskirts of Kyiv, in the village Shastya.

The basis of the menu is made up of traditional Ukrainian dishes, made by the chefs according to old home recipes.

Specialties of the house are:
- salad "Sturdy Kozak",
- raw veal meat, chicken and duck,
- banosh with bacon and cheese,
- deruns home-style with onion and sour cream,
- Ukrainian borshch in bread plate with pork or veal,
- cutlets from pike on a pillow of zucchini,
- duck leg with apple,
- rack of lamb and veal.
Guests can order special vareniks with cherries and Kyiv cake.
Special menu is developed for children.
There are banquets, wedding celebrations, receptions, children's parties and master-classes regularly.
