There is a bar-restaurant “Paris-Dakar” in Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, on Dmytrivska street, in a few minutes walk from the metro station “Vokzalna”.
There are four halls here, interior of which is decorated in style of modern classics: pastel colours, laconic furniture, panoramic windows. Cooks specialise in cooking traditional dishes of European, Ukrainian, French and Moroccan cookery.
The main emphasis is made on dishes from meat, fish and poultry, as well as a variety of desserts. There is a separate grill menu.
Guests can order complex business-lunches on weekdays. Breakfast is served here every morning.
Specialties of the house are:
- spinach pancakes with salmon,
- salad "Paris Dakar" with a mix of lettuce leaves, fried mushrooms, asparagus, chicken fillet and parmesan cheese,
- "Salmon" sandwich with ciabatta and salted salmon,
- chicken broth,
- pork ribs "BBQ",
- duck leg sous-vide with mashed potatoes and berry sauce,
- medallions of veal with bacon under mushroom sauce,
- dorado in Provence herbs.
Special desserts are made here: Napoleon cake, chocolate fondan, apple strudel.
Special children's menu for the youngest visitors is developed. There is a wide assortment of coffee cocktails, homemade uzvar and compote, fresh juices, milkshakes and smoothies, as well as special teas: ginger with honey, Moroccan, sea-buckthorn. Popular varieties of Italian, Chilean, German wine brands, as well as spirits, bottled and draft beer, classical alcoholic cocktails are offered. There are regular dance parties, performances of popular DJs, live music.
