Restaurant Ayva

Ayva (‘Quince’) is a restaurant of Uzbek cuisine located in the heart of the city on Richelieuska Street. The interior is executed in classic Asian style. Dining area is decorated with paintings, woven carpets, carved furniture and handmade tableware. The menu offers traditional Uzbek cuisine. Guests can enjoy signature pilaf with lamb, dumplings with minced meat, shashlyks, shurpa, and samba. All dishes are cooked in tandoor, in cauldron or on the grill that lets you save the ancient technology of cooking the oriental dishes.
