“Chernosliv” is a network of cafeteria-canteens, where guests are offered a wide range of popular European, American, Ukrainian, Japanese and Italian dishes, cooked by chefs according to home recipes.
The main emphasis in menu is made on a variety of meat and fish dishes, as well as on pizza and snacks.
Specialties of the house are:
- a homemade cutlet,
- salmon on brazier,
- burger,
- chicken nuggets,
- chickenburger,
- special pizza with various fillings: mushrooms, ham, chicken, pineapple.
Complex breakfasts are served in the mornings: pancakes with cottage cheese or jam, cheesecakes with raisins, pancakes with pork, varenyky with cottage cheese, curd casserole or omelette with sausage.
An assortment of fresh homemade cakes: rolls, pampushkas, cakes, cupcakes, jellies is offered.
There are special home-made compotes, natural fanta, uzvar, lemonade and cranberry mors. There is a children's room. Here, children can play games with animators. In addition, culinary master-classes for kids in cooking of pizza and buns are held here.
