Restaurant-brewery “Kosacka Brovarnya" is located in the historical part of the city Sumy, near the street Kazatsky Val.
There are spacious main hall, made for 180 people, children's play area and open summer area. The feature of the house is that beer is brewed right in the hall in two metal containers. Each visitor can watch this process.
Beer contains only 4 ingredients: malt, water, hops and yeast, and the drink itself does not pass filtration and pasteurisation.
Guests can enjoy an assortment of popular European and Ukrainian dishes.
Menu includes:
- Cossack borshch,
- meat sausage,
- potatoes with homemade sausages,
- pilaf with lamb,
- chebureks with farm cheese,
- veal steak with cherry barbecue,
- chicken fillet with vegetables on grill,
- pork ribs with barbecue sauce,
- shish-kebab with homemade adzhika,
- shank in Cossack style,
- special beer set.
Dessert menu has ”Bogdan's Favorite Nut Dessert", vergoons and special dessert from the chef.
Homemade Cossack tinctures, special beers: hetman wheat, hetman's light and hetman's dark are offered, as well as special sea-buckthorn tea and a cranberry punch.
