Asian cuisine restaurant «CHI» meets its guests on the Park road. The restaurant is a "party place" with a large summer terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the Dnipro and the Left Bank of Kyiv. There are spacious main hall, contact bar, lounge area, VIP zone for small company, and smoking room. Interior harmoniously combines colonial loft style of China, Laos, Mexico, elements of art deco and modern classics. Attributes of Asian and South American traditions, velour and silk trim, as well as natural wood are used as decor elements. The halls are decorated with Italian crystals and live plants, statues in Indochinese style.
Menu includes traditional dishes of southeast Asia, India and China, adapted to European tastes by chef.
Specialties of the house are:
- salad with crispy duck,
- salad with mushrooms in tempura,
- baked eggplant,
- salad with tuna, avocado, kinoa and goji berries,
- warm salad with crisp duck, pomelo and pomegranate with sesame dressing,
- carpaccio of sea bass with Japanese dressing,
- French toast with shrimp in sesame and lychee,
- baby octopus popcorn with Wasabi sauce,
- vonton soup with tofu,
- gödzy with pork, shrimp, mushrooms and cabbage,
- dim sum with crab and pork.
As a dessert, visitors can order special passion fruit-lemon mousse with banana sorbet. Spices and condiments for treats are shipped from India. The bar represents exclusive cocktails, the author of which is famous London mixologist Karolis Urbonavicius. Concerts, live shows and theme parties are held in the restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays.
