“Dakar” is a restaurant, located in the direction of Zhytomyr, on the territory of autodrome “Chaika”.
Here highway-ring racing, karting championships of Ukraine, rallies of BMW club members, Drag Racing, performances of auto clubs and action presentations are held. Interior of the restaurant is dedicated to the famous off-road rally of the planet: pastel shades of beige in decoration, maps in bright orange colours, sand-coloured chairs and black and white soft sofas, arches with columns in oriental style, mirror niches with African statuettes.
Chefs of the restaurant specialise in cooking popular dishes of European, French, Italian, Ukrainian, Japanese cuisine.
Meat dishes are cooked on an open fire.
Specialties of the house include salads "Caesar", "Spanish", "Thai", as well as pate from duck liver under wine vine sauce, lobster baked under Parmesan with Pesto sauce, pork ribs glazed in honey sauce, rack of lamb with pepper sauce, veal nouazet.
Wide range of sushi and rolls is represented. There are special ice-cream and berry tiramisu.
