Restaurant "De Bosch" is located in Pechersky district of Kyiv, next to the metro station "Palats Sportu", on Shota Rustaveli street.
It occupies a basement in the centre of the capital and has three halls. The concept of the place is based on the famous triptych of the Renaissance artist Bosch "Garden of Earthly Delights". The halls are made by designers according to the elements of the painting and have been called "Paradise", "Garden of Earthly Delights" and "Hell". The first of the halls is called "Paradise”, and here bar with furniture of dark wood is located, the walls are decorated with drawings on the left side of the picture.
Bar menu contains a wide range of exclusive author's cocktails, divided into seven main groups.
Special positions of bar menu include:
- cocktail "Holy Heretics”,
- based on the island whiskey "Ardbeg",
- rum cocktail "Muse Paradisia",
- cocktail with the taste of rose, cacha and nut "Terzetto".
The central hall of the cocktail bar in its interior embodies the main part of the picture, dedicated to the three days of the creation of the Earth. Comfortable upholstered furniture and muffled light prevail here. Mirror tunnel leads guests to the third hall, which is called "Hell”. Here there are leather sofas and armchairs, soft flickering of candles, smoky hookahs and compact tables.
Menu is based on European cuisine in the author's interpretation of chef.
Specialties of the house are:
- carpacho from beef "Fork of the Heretic",
- julienne "Spanish boot",
- salad from turkey sous-vide "Inquisition of Indian",
- "Caesar in Hell",
- pike ear with caviar "Why Van Gogh cut off the ear?",
- steak-cutting with vegetables "Doctor Lecturer".
A dessert they serve special ice-cream with "The Crusade" and tiramisu "Try to get up from the earth”
