Restaurant "FLAMBER" is located in Darnitskiy district of Kyiv, not far from the metro station "Poznyaki".
Chefs specialise in cooking of a variety of meat and fish dishes on an open fire. Popular dishes of Italian and French cuisine are in menu. The main attention is given to steaks, cooked from selected meat: lamb rack, veal, pork on bone.
Specialties of the house are
- shish-kebab from the pork neck,according to special recipe from the chef,
- Tenderloin steak,
- Ribeye marble steak,
- veal marinated in Provence herbs,
- turkey fillet in mustard-soy sauce,
- dorado with ginger in marinade grill,
- mutton marinated in garnet,
- tiger shrimps "Flambe" with mix of salad, cherry tomatoes and parmesan.
Meat and fish dishes are cooked right in front of the visitors. Сream-brulle, chocolate fondant and syrniki with dried cherries, cranberries and raisins are in dessert menu. The guests have three small rooms, each of which can accommodate up to thirty people.
Interior is decorated in beige and chocolate colours, in style of modern classics. There are soft armchairs and tables, made of natural wood, brickwork and crystal chandeliers, paintings on the walls and live plants.
