Restaurant of Middle Eastern cuisine «Hummus Bar» is located on Mikhaila Zadniprovskogo street in Pechersky district of Kyiv.
Cozy interior is decorated in modern style: warm sand-terracotta colour scheme, soft sofas and furniture from natural wood, panoramic windows and fresh greens.
Menu represents classical and author's dishes of Israeli, Lebanese, Moroccan, Turkish cuisine. The main emphasis is made on hummus, which is served with cilantro, beetroot, pumpkin, avocado and sweet pepper.
There are hummus in the company of mushrooms, falafel, chicken fillet, veal, as well as hummus served with a Jerusalem mix, which includes fried chicken thighs and giblets.
