The pride of the house is a real wood-burning oven, made by Stefano Ferraro. Menu offers traditional dishes of Italian and European cuisine, the ingredients for which are supplied from Italy. Complex breakfasts are served in the mornings. Guests are offered more than twenty kinds of authentic Italian pizza on a thin dough from solid flour varieties. Specialties of the house are pizza "il Molino - cinque gusti" in the form of star with five different tastes, Margarita, Caprese, Quatro Formaggi, Mascherare, potato soup with truffle pasta, pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, chicken breast with aubergines, salmon with mango salsa, beef steak marinated in rosemary "Prime Rib". There are special desserts: gelato, sorbet and lemon dessert with raspberry sauce "Lemon custard". In addition, there are children's dishes in the original presentation from chef: salad "Cesarenok", pasta with meatballs and chicken nuggets.
