Restaurant complex "INTELLIGENT RESTAURANT" is located on the highway Kyiv-Odesa, ten kilometers from Bila Tserkva in Vasilkiv.
It includes spacious banquet hall for one hundred persons, large bar lounge zone, VIP room and children's playroom, with professional nanny.
Summer terrace works during the warm season.
Interior is designed in pastel grey-sand colour scheme and decorated in modern style with elements of European modern classics. There are comfortable soft chairs in the colour of cocoa, original crystal chandeliers, paintings depicting abstraction in the halls.
Menu is based on dishes of Ukrainian and European cuisine in the author's interpretation of chef.
Specialties of the house are:
- roast beef salad with mix of salads, mushrooms, cherry and Dijon sauce,
- brie in nuts with berry sauce,
- chicken wings with blue-cheese sauce,
- medallions in bacon with mushroom sauce, turkey in orange-ginger marinade,
- chicken fillet Madera sauce,
- salmon fillet with mango chutney,
- homemade ham with horseradish, mustard, garlic and croutons,
- Kyiv-style cutlet with potatoes pie,
- shank in Bavarian style with Idaho potatoes.
Children's menu has been developed.
Special desserts are vareniki with cherries and custard, pear cheesecake, homemade ice-cream, apricot-nut biscotti.
There is a list of exclusive dishes from the chef:
- gazpacho from tomatoes with tiger shrimps and cucumber,
- vegetable soup Minestrone with beans,
- kaprese salad with prosciutto and pesto sauce,
- tantaki with mango, avocado and mix salads,
- Dorado with white mushrooms and steam broccoli,
- pork in beer sauce with capers and potatoes,
- special burger.
Different varieties of Italian, Spanish, Georgian, German, Australian and New Zealand wines are offered, as well as coffee mixes, branded teas and a special hot sea-buckthorn cocktail.
The restaurant hosts music and theme parties, performances by popular DJs every weekend.
