There is a restaurant of Hutsul cuisine "Kolyba" on the left bank of the Dnipro river in Kyiv, in a picturesque area near the lake Telbin.
There are summer pavilions and terraces by the water, surrounded by willows, as well as closed territory, decorated with carved wooden sculptures in the Carpathian style.
The restaurant includes four spacious halls: central hall for 60 people, where banquets, receptions and ceremonies are held, as well as two medium halls for 35 persons each, and banquet hall for 25 people, where gala evenings for small companies are held often.
The chefs of the restaurant specialise in cooking traditional dishes of Zakarpattya cuisine according to ancient Hutsul recipes. In addition, menu includes popular dishes of European and Ukrainian cuisine.
The main emphasis is made on the variety of meat dishes, cooked on open fire.
Specialties of the house are:

- fish-soup “Dlya Pan",
- shank of pork in beer with garlic sauce,
- the ears of pork,
- Hutsul banosh,
- fried trout with rice and grapes,
- salad with roasted salmon with cheese camembert,
- boiled pork and homemade sausage,
- medallions of pork in bacon,
- duck breast with apples under cherry sauce,
- chicken schnitzel in Zakarpattya,
- assorted "Cossack evening",
- lamb pie in pomegranate sauce.
