"Profiterrol" is a cozy restaurant of author's cuisine, which is located in the country cottage complex “Selo”, in ten minutes drive from Kyiv. It is surrounded with a picturesque pine forest.
Spacious main hall for 45 people is decorated in bright colours. Interior of the restaurant is designed in German rustic style of Deutsche Kantri: decoration and furniture from natural wood, pink tablecloths on tables, bright paintings and colourful curtains.
Here guests are treated with original Ukrainian and European dishes in the author's interpretation of chef. The main emphasis is made on the first and second dishes, snacks and salads, desserts and various drinks of its own production.
- Specialties of the house are:
- Ukrainian borshch with pampushkas with garlic sauce,
- assorted lard,
- chicken wings in garlic-tomato sauce,
- grilled trout,
- shish-kebab from salmon and catfish,
- rack of New Zealand lamb,
- rabbit in creamy mushroom sauce,
- cake Smetannik for dessert.
There is a large list of drinks, including various wines for the main menu dishes, rum, whiskey, liqueurs and special tinctures. Visitors can sit on the open summer terrace during warm season.
