Description
There is a country restaurant and hotel complex "Romankovskaya Usadba" with a restaurant of the same name in a half-hour drive from Kyiv, on Novobuhovske highway. There is a country restaurant and hotel complex "Romankovskaya Usadba" with a restaurant of the same name in a half-hour drive from Kyiv, on Novobuhovske highway.

There are spacious banquet hall for 120 people, white hall for 60 guests, red hall for 25 guests, fireplace hall for 40 guests. In addition, the restaurant has two winter terraces, VIP-cabinet "Trapeznaya", cigar room and several summer pavilions, located on the open area. Luxurious interior is decorated in style of Romanticism with elements of modern classics.

The halls are dominated by pastel and cream shades, marble and natural wood furnishings of dark rocks, forged decor elements.

Menu of the restaurant is based on traditional dishes of European, Caucasian and Ukrainian culinary. Much attention is paid to dishes from mutton, veal, lamb, fish and fowl, which are cooked on grill or baked in oven. Guests can taste pickles and homemade cakes. All dishes are cooked from natural fresh products.

Specialties of the house are:

  • homemade meat cuts from tongue,cold boiled pork and homemade sausage with horseradish and mustard,
  • salad with smoked eel and couscous, salad mix with cherry tomatoes,
  • borshch with ribs, pampushkas, with garlic sauce and sour cream,
  • New Zealand mussels, baked with walnut oil, blue cheese and white wine,
  • veal marinated in meadow grass with fried mushrooms,
  • pork on bone with fried bacon with cheese with anise vodka,
  • steak with veal with foie gras and potatoes gratin under cranberry sauce,
  • potato-style cutlet with potato puree and cherry tomatoes,
  • shish-kebab from young veal with spicy greens,
  • kebab from turkey and chicken fillet,
  • pies with different fillings according to homemade recipe.

And there is also a number of special desserts: strudel with cherry, cakes "Medovik" and "Taten".

Guests can spend time in chamber billiard room. In addition, the restaurant has children's banquet hall and conference room. Receptions and banquets are held here often.
