Restaurant "RYBALOVE" welcomes its guests in the centre of the capital, near the metro station "Kontraktova Ploshcha" on Vozdvizhenska street.
Chefs specialise in cooking traditional dishes of Balkan, Portuguese, Mediterranean cuisine in the author's interpretation. Guests can find more than a hundred varieties of chilled sea fish and live seafood in menu. Interior of the restaurant is decorated in Scandinavian style with natural materials. The walls are decorated with oyster shells, and the thematic decor elements are represented in the form of a small boat in the middle of the hall and paintings. The floors of the basement hall are made from pre-revolutionary brick, and the walls are decorated with blue and green living moss.
At the entrance to the main hall guests can watch cascading aquariums with crabs and lobsters, as well as two ice showcases with a wide selection of chilled sea fish, reptiles and molluscs: flounder, parrot fish, scorpion, squid, octopus, African catfish, wild shrimp and oyster of various species.
Special feature of the restaurant is an open kitchen, which is separated from the main halls by a glass partition.
Specialties of the house are:

- plateau of seafood,
- plateau of grilled sea bastards,
- roasted flatfish in a home-style,
- pike-perch fillet in Mediterranean style,
- steak of the Black Sea flounder,
- Dorado with julienne vegetables,
- honey saute of cuttlefish, baby squid, octopus, scallops, mussels and shrimps.
